LOTS of bare shelves at 6pm and open until 9pm!! Only went in for about twenty items and one third of my preferred brands were unavailable and some didn't even have any alternative brand options at all! Staff at the deli and checkout were really friendly and professional but not a good experience.
Was okay... Nothing to brag about when you see 3 staff members standing around talking to each other. Before they decide to serve you.
Just called to speak to someone for a stock check. Lady who initially answered was fine, but she put me through to someone who was absolutely rude. When I asked which type of doll they had in store in an assorted line he got very snappy at me and told me to check online. Obviously if that was possible I wouldn't need to call in the first place. When I pointed out there aren't many details available online, he abruptly hung up on me. Anyway, will make a point of avoiding this store in future.
An absolutely lovely lady staff member helped me find an item that I couldn't. The wonderful part was she'd already finished her shift, but was still happy to help me out. Thank you. I didn't realise she'd finished her shift. Prices on items I purchased were very reasonable. Majority of them were on sale. Yay.
I have been served by Dylan a few times now and he is an absolute pleasure to be served by. Always friendly and smiling, quick and efficient; and even remembers that we put our things straight back into our trolley.

Does matter what day you go there isn't much on the shelves all there isn't anything
