I don’t necessarily agree with the costs at Woolies or the lack of stock, but what I can say and have noticed is that Joe has the best customer service in the world and always makes my shops pleasant whether it be at direct to boot or in store helping with an issue. They get five stars from me. I only saw their name tag at direct to boot today so I’m hoping I didn’t get their name wrong
Whoever does the collection for goods for click & collect needs to be retrained. For the 3rd week in a row, I am missing half of my order! When I ring to try to fix the problem in case they forget to bring them out, I get the run around or get put through to the wrong store. My patience is running extremely thin now. Time to change stores.
This store has the worst stock management or supply chain management in Australia.nnThe store is always low on or completely out of most staples no matter the time or day.nnSave yourself the hassle and go to Coles down the road or the woollies on the range. Terrible.
Where do I start. They've taken out ten items or less and put in more self checkouts. Current manager is rude to both staff and customers. Very disappointing
Wow, two serviced checkouts open early in the morning. I was served by a young man by the name of Tyler. He was just the nicest person to serve you. Others could learn from him. Sure hope to get him again some time.
