At checkout trying to keep social distancing as I have just got over covid, not only is the customer behind bumping into me when loading her groceries she was on her mobile but customers at register beside me unable to keep their distance. Lady on the register was in her own little bubble. Very unfriendly store won't be a next time as I will go to the Woolworths store on the Range.
I find the experience of shopping at the Ridge a pleasure thanks to the very friendly staff. Must mention the butcher shop had the best cattleman steak the other day. Thanks for all the assistance .
Friendly helpful staff, great range of fresh baked products, fresh fruit & veg. Reasonable prices and some great value specials. Love the direct to boot pick up option for online orders.
40 minute wait for a click and collect. Called up 4 times and kept telling me it was on its way or it's already dropped off.
Good Woolworths, big space, nice staff, usually busy especially on Sundays.
Made an online order during isolation but only 4 out of 11 items were delivered. Called the store and one of the lovely ladies unfortunately didn’t get her name but think she was a manager dropped it off herself. 5 out of 5 for service
Woolworths The Ridge: Nice setup and usually well stocked. I love the instore butcher next to the deli. Great quality meat.
Our favourite Woolies in Toowoomba. Underground car parking and located close to other shops. Clean and well organised and friendly-staff remember you as a local shopper. They stay on top of their trolleys and baskets which are always available. Has a light feel and is spacious in the aisles. Open until 9pm is very helpful. Just has a nicer feel than some other locations.
