Staff are great, however the inside and outside of the store including the car park and surrounds is so dirty and disgusting. Very off-putting when the trolley area is filthy. I shopped here only a few times and won't go back.
Pretty good aldi store, all items I was after were in stock which was surprising as I buy the more popular ones. Overall a good experience except the lighting wasn't very good which made it feel small and packed.
Great range of goods. Anna very cheerfully helped in tracking down a particular product. Your friendly and helpful service greatly appreciated.
Heaps of parking. If you can find the place. Carefully located in an unseen and hard to locate area at the edge if Clifford Gardens shopping Centre. Now on the market for 200 Mil by the way. Aldi is a German family company of giant size with dirt cheap HQ products. Mainly groceries obviously but also sell the strangest items in short sales incl a big self propelled lawn mower I recently bought for nicks.
Terrible customer service 2/2 times. Absolutely no help and customer service staff are just like zombies. Felt like I was keeping them awake both visits. Had a couple of years off from trying these guys. Might give it a while longer again before another chance.

Good prices need an elevator to make is easier for people ie elderly, pregnant and mothers with kids n disable people . Lift would be easier on them than the steep ramp
Love shopping here. Clean store and super friendly staff. I have to say that about all Aldi stores though. Being a pensioner the savings certainly helps.

Always great prices and good service. Aldi is the go to place to shop for amazing value and service, in my opinion.
