There needs to be better actual signage to direct you to the direct to boot collection area. The email that you receive once you have done the order clearly states: “To reach our Direct to boot service at Woolworths Toowoomba Grand Central, enter the carpark from Margaret Street at the first entry on the left. Proceed down the ramp and continue to the end where you'll find the parking bays.” When in actual fact it needs to say that you must proceed to the lower level where you will find the direct to boot collection area. I would not call the road to go to the lower level a “ramp” as it is clearly not a “ramp.”nnAfter going up instead of down I had to stop in the car park creating a hazard because I had to call the store to find out where to go. There is absolutely no clear signage to get to the direct to boot collection area.nnNow that I have learned where it is I will have no issues getting there again but I felt the need to share as there is nothing online to help with the location of direct to boot!
It’s Woolworths. Staff here are hot and cold. Large stocked store compared to others. Location odd interesting but decent. Is just woolies being woolies. Lots of so called specials yet way too expensive
I was very disappointed today when picking veg from the shelves today. Two pickers had their trollies lined up in front of the 3 items I needed to pick. I said excuse me while they were looking at something on a phone and they moved but did not move the trollies. I hovered and had to manoeuvre my way in twice. Please ensure staff picking are not obstructing customers on their visit. Hate complaining but I was genuinely disappointed that this was not a priority for them, to keep trolleys away from blocking patrons.
There was a mess up with my online order today and the staff went out of their way to ensure I got everything and repacked everything for me. Charlie was amazing and friendly and made the whole experience so positive. Cannot fault the customer service. Thank you so much!
