There needs to be better actual signage to direct you to the direct to boot collection area. The email that you receive once you have done the order clearly states: “To reach our Direct to boot service at Woolworths Toowoomba Grand Central, enter the carpark from Margaret Street at the first entry on the left. Proceed down the ramp and continue to the end where you'll find the parking bays.” When in actual fact it needs to say that you must proceed to the lower level where you will find the direct to boot collection area. I would not call the road to go to the lower level a “ramp” as it is clearly not a “ramp.”nnAfter going up instead of down I had to stop in the car park creating a hazard because I had to call the store to find out where to go. There is absolutely no clear signage to get to the direct to boot collection area.nnNow that I have learned where it is I will have no issues getting there again but I felt the need to share as there is nothing online to help with the location of direct to boot!
The store is always full and has a fresh appearance. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.nHopefully, one day everyday pay and the international section will return.nThis store's trolley boy does an outstanding job.
I've been in a few times now and the shelves have been low, I've asked about products that where empty on the shelf and they had them out the back, I had towait for them. After questioning a supervisor about this, I got a shoulder shrug and no words

We have been using this Woolworths since it was first built.nStaff have always been very helpful.nUnfortunately in the past couple of years corporate policy, procedures and focus on customers has sadly declined in favour of profit before customer service.nRegularly experience closed registers only one open and staff herding customers to self service. Recently they have closed the quick service lane.nCorporate Woolworths are trying their best to neglect their biggest asset...THE CUSTOMER.
