When I requested assistance from a staff member from the back room, Caitlyn's response was unhelpful and rude.nnI understand that mistakes can happen, but the tone and manner in which Caitlyn communicated with me were unacceptable. This Woolie's location is amazing, located right next to the light rail and just down Fitzroy St not far from the beach and Albert Park. It makes doing post workout shopping an actual thing, as the self checkout terminals which are pristine and well kept support tap payment from phones.nnThe store shelves are well maintained and you can find what you are looking for in a basic circuit even if you don't frequent supermarkets too often. I found the general disposition not staff pleasing and they are quite helpful. The kind gentleman who was manning the self checkouts even offered me a few bags with my purchases when I awkwardly looked around for something to put my goods in.nnOverall it's a clean, convenient and pleasant shopping experiences. The staff are pretty easy on the eyes too so that's definitely a positive...
Dreadful. I love being asked whether or not I'm going to pay for items that I've bought at Coles in a Coles paper bag. The same items that aren't even stocked at this particular store.nnTerrible service and a terrible store.
Central location for staples in St Kilda.nHas Bakery, cafe' and 'Food To Go' section... and liquor!nOnly 5 or so aisles.
Never a problem with this little superstore. Staff, security guards and cafe are stars. Coffee has saved me more than once and always greeted with a smile. Even if you have to wait to pay you have to realise it IS a little store but a good number of self serve and friendly staff on registers.
