I get that some people like to take it easy, but come on doing someone’s shopping isn’t rocket science. Maybe hire people who can actually shop without taking three hours to pack a few items. Riders shouldn’t have to wait half a day for an order. A bit of efficiency wouldn’t hurt.
This Woolie's location is amazing, located right next to the light rail and just down Fitzroy St not far from the beach and Albert Park. It makes doing post workout shopping an actual thing, as the self checkout terminals which are pristine and well kept support tap payment from phones.nnThe store shelves are well maintained and you can find what you are looking for in a basic circuit even if you don't frequent supermarkets too often. I found the general disposition not staff pleasing and they are quite helpful. The kind gentleman who was manning the self checkouts even offered me a few bags with my purchases when I awkwardly looked around for something to put my goods in.nnOverall it's a clean, convenient and pleasant shopping experiences. The staff are pretty easy on the eyes too so that's definitely a positive...

When I requested assistance from a staff member from the back room, Caitlyn's response was unhelpful and rude.nnI understand that mistakes can happen, but the tone and manner in which Caitlyn communicated with me were unacceptable. The manager needs to do his job properly I've lived in the area for 5 years this my nearest outlet I've been short changed twice because he can't manage the self service machines.ive bought milk from there that turned sour a week before it is due to go off because they don't have a loading dock.Last night I was short changed and then challenged by one of their Wilson Security personnel because I wanted my 20 cents they short changed me and was told not to come back because I caused trouble.So he can manage what suits him it seems . So it's time to do some complaining I'm writing to the Woolworths state manager and Wilson's security to make a official complaint Woolworths the fresh food people.
