The entry to the store is no longer accessible for anyone mobility impaired/wheelchair users due to the entry gauntlet prongs you have to go through. Photo of the same style entryway gates at another store for reference. Absolute disgrace to make entering into a store a bloody battle

Great supermarket with fresh produce and a wide range of groceries. The store is well-organized, and the staff are friendly. It can get a bit crowded during peak times, but overall, it’s a reliable and convenient place to shop!

Actually. I generally go to Coles in St Kilda, but I swear Woolworths makes you feel like a human being released. Want to go to Coles I feel like a thief constantly security watching me when I walk in walk out. I hate it. I hate my bags anyway, just to save the peace and to keep my mind clear from feeling like I think even though I’m not woolworths don’t make you feel like that they have security but they’re bit more respectable set my experience was really great day and I’m gonna go there instead now.

New entrance barriers are dangerous, went today with two disabled  children, one had the barrier hit his groin, the other his stomach, both became extremely heightened at these barriers and will both have bruises by morning.  How dare they put something so thoughtless and dangerous in and refuse to remove it despite every single customer I've seen stating that they are dangerous, a few days ago and old lady was injured by them and no one even came to her aid

Service has gone downhill. The new staff are quite rude and the hygiene standards have dropped significantly. It seems the previous team is no longer there, and the difference is noticeable.nnObviously woolies only cares about price gouging and maintaining monopoly.
