Great supermarket with fresh produce and a wide range of groceries. The store is well-organized, and the staff are friendly. It can get a bit crowded during peak times, but overall, it’s a reliable and convenient place to shop!
Originally I was going to post a bad review however one of the employees and I expect the manager helped rectify the situation.nI had parked directly across the road in a different car park as I didn't realise there was an actual Woolworths car park.nIt was near closing time and I had put through $200 worth of groceries through the self serve register.nUpon leaving I was told that I can't take the trolley outside of the shop.nI explained that I was parked 20 meters in front of the shopping centre. I'm new to the area and didn't know.nOne of the employees said that I can't take the trolley anyway.nI get that it's close to closing time and people wanted to leave but I explained the situation and how it's ridiculous that I can't take the trolley out. I was then told that it's just the rules or something along those lines.nI asked if someone could help me take the groceries out in that case and was told 'no'.nSo I asked for a refund and was also told 'no'.nI think it was then a manager who came over and spoke to me in a better manner.nThey explained where the car park was and how to get there so I could collect the rest of my shopping.nA lovely employee named Naga kindly offered to help once I started to pick up the bags and truly appreciated his help. Particularly as it made me feel safe walking to my car.nI don't want generalise but as I was walking in to the store, there were two men that appeared intoxicated that tried talking to me and made me feel unsafe but I had my headphones in and continued to walk on.!nnThank you Naga, I really appreciate your kind help and how you walked me to my car when you didn't need to but it made the situation better and because of him I will give 5 stars.
Great store loads of products to select from, clean, tidy, regular friendly staff and some not bad discounts, discounts not as good as Balaclava store but much larger and more products to choose from.nNot judging by saying this I see a lot of people stealing from this store without security doing anything if even paying attention, these combined I’m sure don’t help the prices! Otherwise a great store!!
I call ask about product scan double and want a refund. they ignore my call pretend to transfer the call.nBeen rush grocery shopping here since the parking limit is 1hour.
At 12:15pm on 8th May 2025, I asked a young lady at the deli counter for half a wedge of Mama Lucia ricotta. Instead of using a knife, she used her hand—already inside a plastic bag—to scrunch and squeeze the ricotta in her palm to split it.nnI told her that the food was not presentable for consumption and requested that she use a knife instead. She then placed the squashed piece back onto the plate for the next customer. Without a word, she walked behind the deli, returned with a knife, and cut a new piece for me.nnWondering what the knife had been used to cut previously, she showed no urgency and offered no apology.nnManagement: This is unacceptable food handling and customer service. Please ensure your staff are properly trained in food handling, and professional customer interaction.
