Had a terrible experience in this store today. Ordered click and collect for between 3-4. Got a text to say it was ready at 2:45. Arrived at 4. Had done all the online stay to say I was on the way, I arrived etc beforehand. Went right to the click and collect. Took nearly 20 minutes for me to acknowledged and served at the desk. The guy serving served other people at click and collect before me, even in spite of how long I waited. Took 30 minutes for click and collect to come eventually. So given it was ready at 2:45, it might it took 30 minutes just to bring out from the back to the front. It’s pointless to have a click and collect service like this, if it’s quicker for the customer to get groceries without it.

Great supermarket with fresh produce and a wide range of groceries. The store is well-organized, and the staff are friendly. It can get a bit crowded during peak times, but overall, it’s a reliable and convenient place to shop!

I recommend this garage 100%. I called on Monday morning to get a roadworthy test. They found me a slot immediately that same day. The team was honest, and the next day Sandeep and his colleagues did an incredible job of carrying out the repairs. By Wednesday, my car had been sold. A big thank you to the whole team.

Service has gone downhill. The new staff are quite rude and the hygiene standards have dropped significantly. It seems the previous team is no longer there, and the difference is noticeable.nnObviously woolies only cares about price gouging and maintaining monopoly.

This used to be one of my local supermarkets, but I’ve decided not to shop here anymore. I had chosen Woolworths because I believed they valued community and the environment. I’m so disappointed to see they continue to stock supplements and products containing krill. Harvesting krill has devastating impacts on the ocean and the animals who depend on it. Healthy oceans are essential for all of us. If they collapse, so do we. By selling krill products, Woolworths is contributing to that destruction, and I can’t support it. From now on, I’ll be choosing to shop at stores that don’t profit from harming our marine environment.
