I love going to this store because of the ease of parking, the cleanliness of the store and the helpful staff.nI had an issue with a perishable product that I purchased yesterday and needed to return/exchange it. I, like many, don't keep receipts for small supermarket purchases, anyway, I rang and explained my situation to Hannah who was very obliging and helpful and said to bring the product back. I attended the store and was assisted by Ali who was also helpful and friendly. She sorted out my issue after I was able to locate my transaction with her help on my mobile phone. The whole situation was well handled with a minimum of fuss and a smile.nWell done Coles St. Kilda!!!!!
Tourist passing through the area and stopped in here. Plenty of parking available. Store layout clean and organised. Heaps of sale items available and a great range. Got everything I needed.
Wide range of products and brands. We went there to do our shopping for the week. Surprised thay they have ran out of eggs on a monday evening. Otherwise very good supermarket and friendly staff.
I bought a chicken at Coles today, $13 that I really couldn't afford for a horrible dried up chicken devoid of the least tenderness.nA Liydale chicken whose free-range experience must have been spent in a desert such was the aridness of it's flesh.nThis was a chicken that had the last laugh at my stomach's expense, Coles should be attaching an 'eat at your own peril' warning to it's desiccated poultry.
This new store is great. There was plenty of vegetarian options as promised. There is even a scoop and weigh dog treat station. Our dog gives that a big woof. He really loved the treats we bought him. I liked to see that they sold local cakes and chocolate and also the mochi station was a nice surprise. And so was the coffee station!
