Had a flat tyre this morning and they got me in straight away. Customer service stopped there. I was told I need four new tyres which is true, however it’s not urgent. When I asked what tyres he would recommend I was told to send my husband in to talk about it. Even after I explained that it was my car and me who would be dealing with it I was still given the brush off. Very rarely do I encounter blatant sexism like this.

Do not trust this place. They just lie and overcharge. They also parked my car on the street so I got a fine which they refused to pay for.

I ordered a 285 x 18 $450.00 single Michelin tyre from theses guys. I go home fit that same tyre to the car. Turns out Michelin have made their sidewalls wider and new tyre will no longer fit. Take wheel and tyre back explain that Michelin have changed tyre. Manager says sorry. Your loss. The tyre still had the stickers in the tread. Never driven on. Spoke to one of the Mechanics and he said don’t ever bring your car here. They take a heap of short cuts. That’s from their own mechanic. Good work Goodyear

Rip off mechanics that say they fixed things they didn’t/couldn’t. Home of lies and overcharging. Dishonest mechanics avoid at all costs. Brought my vehicle back and questioned what hey had “fixed” only to met with aggression and threats of violence Told my girlfriend she couldn’t buy one tyre they where only sold in sets of four even tho she only needed one after a puncture. That’s not true.

Really friendly, quick and helpful. Needed a new battery, they guys knew exactly which one i needed and got a good price for it.
