This store is decrepit! I asked for a trolley and was told I had to buy a trolley key! I asked for some fresh shaved ham from an obviously lazy man & was told, we don’t do that! The deli lady came over and did it straight away.nThe up escalator hasn’t worked in months! Seriously if you are going to charge for trolleys get the place clean, maintain your equipment & hire staff that cares.
Terrible experience with spoiled chicken!nI bought a pack of chicken wings from this supermarket, and even though the expiry date was still valid, the meat had already turned green and smelled absolutely rotten. This is completely unacceptable. It shows a serious issue with storage or handling. I hope the store takes responsibility and improves their quality control.
Very handy with all the necessities that you could want and need, irrespective of if you are business or pleasure. Easy access with accessibility escalators and parking on ground floor. Nice staff and clean store where things are easy to find.
Lovely workers very helpful, plastic trolleys easier to maneuver having a disability, usually in stock with everything I buy, great fresh produce, large ready meal section. Favourite supermarket!
Came here to complain about the escalator, I've been here since July, it's now December, I've seen the escalator work once in that period.nnRest of the store isn't bad but can get pretty busy
