When I cash in my everyday rewards points I am never going to shop at Woolworths. They are Qantas all over again. They bite the hand that feeds them, they aren't the fresh food people when I have to feel a dozen onions for the firmest and sell green bananas at cost of ripe ones. Removing brand name products and putting up their own, and not to mention price gouging and a week later 40% off they take their customers as fools, no more.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Had trouble finding a couple of products and staff took their time to help me find them in different aisles. The lady at the self serve checkout offered to bulk scan several items saving me having to scan them individually. Thanks guys.
Brought lamb roast and it smelled off told lady at checkout and she said she would look in to it that was 3 weeks ago in happy customer
Most times I go into this store for Woolworths own 800 gram wholemeal bread thick sliced they are out of stock and don’t care. Poor service. I have tried to ring re this problem but the phone just rings out. Come on Woolworths you can do better customer service.
