Really disappointed today went to Cole's Wellington st , my English is not that good so I try, I asked the worker if u can bring me to 2 box of lettuce from the back because there was none in the fridge, he's name is Mel he said we only have one box left, so I said it's okay can I just get that one box please, he looked grumpy and mad not sure what's his problem is, so I decided to put the lettuce all in separate plastic bags, he snatched the plastic bags off me, i don't know what's his problem is, i talked to his co workers , but they seemed like they didn't care at all, ask for the top manager, ask for the worker names they said it's mel really disrespectful peoplenSo I got out of the store and come back inside, the same guy was stocking up lettuce when he said he. Only has 1 box leftnReally disgusted
Self-checkout staff here suck, rude, grumpy when they finally come over to assist after making you wait. I've come here lots and it's usually the same story. Go down the road to King's Meadows and they treat you fine, why just this store?
Has most of the expected Coles items although not much of a Gluten Free range.nStaff at checkouts always excellent.nSteep slope for trolleys down to carpark.
Busy supermarket, open until 11pm. Great fresh produce, awesome meat department and friendly, good, helpful staff here. Choice of either easy free roadside parking, or free carpark with entries and exits on both Wellington and Balfour Streets.
Great Specials, convenient parking, happy helpful Staff.
