I ordered Click and Collect groceries from this Coles on August 30, 2024 and they missed $52 of groceries that I was charged for. I noticed $34.50 of groceries immediately after getting home and called the support line. I was told I would be reimbursed and I'm still waiting on that. I just went to go grab something to eat from what I ordered and realised it was missing too. I went back through everything and noticed the additional items missing. I only purchased $165.42 of groceries for the fortnight and they managed to miss just shy of a third of what I paid. I am disabled and rely on services that cater to my everyday life being more manageable. I will not be ordering from this Coles again.

Easily accessible, great selection of fresh produce.nnThe main driveway entrance is known by locals, but for visitors, they'd have a job to see it. The signage is so low & obscured, that they wouldn't see it until they're right on it. There needs to be a much higher & larger sign at the entry/exit for those who don't know where it is.nnIt's one thing to see the building, but quite another to find the driveway. I don't think there's signage anywhere on the lot except for on the building itself.nnThe public toilets are in great need of renovations. There are so many things broken, not working or just an eyesore.

Expensive, fruit and veg subpar, friendly staff

There was one girl on at the service desk trying to do 3 tasks at once on a Saturday morning. I gave up trying to speak to someone. It’s not her fault, she was spread so thin. The shopping centre was packed! It’s a shame there aren’t more people rostered on to adequately manage the demand for service. Do better, Coles. You can afford to hire more workers.

This is my favourite Coles Store in Launceston, with a good selection of products, a better than average deli and bakery and a great fruit and vegetable section.nnHOWEVER......... on the down side,ndon't use the public toilets in the  shopping complex unless you are really desperate!nThe Gents facilities are an absolute disgrace, small, smelly and dilapidated, covered in graffiti, broken fittings and tiles etc. and poor housekeeping.nI am amazed that the tenants like Coles and KMart allow this to get to this stage.nThe Council / Health Department should close this facility down, it's sub standard, third world standard and a potential public health hazard.
