Your google shows you close at 9pm, but when i get there at around 8:00-8:30pm you’re already closed?? This has happened on many, many occasions… maybe you should update the page to show you close at 8:30?
We we're really upset with way we were served. We went to grab donuts and we asked if they give us from frozen so as they didn't had any on the self. We were denied rudely by Me.Sam in customer service.nWe think customer service needs to be improved.
Compltely worst servive. When you press the fuel hose all the way to end, makes noise click and stops re-fuelling and you have to keep repeat the same process to re-fuel. When you say this problem to customer attendent, they just ignores it. This happened thrice to me.
Very poor customer service and didn't receive the RACT discount. If the RACT card and united cards are not working then they should put a signs so the customer is aware of that and can fill fuel from different station. After filling the fuel informing that the card is not working, it's not fair.
I recently visited United petrol station invermay, the tall guy ,blackish skin ,south Indian guy treated me very badly.he started abusing me when I asked him how to get discount on fuel from discounted card while paying for my fuel. Very bad experience. I have no.option of giving zero rating otherwise surely I will him negative rating. He should know how to serve customer in a well manner. I think owner should take strict action towards him.
