We were a bit hesitant about driving in to a completely self-serve , but it was easy!  You just press buttons to say how much you want to spend and then go to the pump.  If you have overestimated how much fuel you need it gives you a refund back to your card.  Best of all the price per litre was a whole 14 cents not a typo! cheaper than our Woollies Caltex outlet.   It shows how much we are all being ripped off elsewhere:.   This is our new go-to for all fuel, we have diesel and petrol vehicles.  Let's hope the prices stay this good :.    It's about time Tassie fuel got some proper competition.

Rip off! Paid Monday, today is Sat., still haven't returned my $100, but they could manage to deducted the $68.02 alright actual cost the next day. Refuse to investigate: "it's nothing to do with us; ring your bank!". Thieving company!

Tas Petroleum is a joke!!!  Invermay station is unmanned and appears to have no buildings for public access associated with it.  I assume this is the case for most, if not all, of their other stations.  This means there are no staff to pay and few or no overheads to pay electricity, hire of fridges, freezers, coffee machines, warming ovens, microwaves, stock and associated insurances just to name a few.  I would have thought that the lack of staff, buildings and overheads would have meant major savings for the company which could have been passed on to their customers.  This does not appear to be the case. I have noticed that their price has risen so much that recently it was little more than $0.02 difference from any other of the cheapest companies. Today when I check the prices on a fuel app they are no longer any cheaper than the cheapest competing company.  This to me seems like they are double dipping. profiteering. and most importantly ripping off their customers.  I for one will be boycotting this station until there is a reasonable difference between them and their cheapest competitor.

Pump only gave me $2 worth of petrol and company told me I would have to wait to get the rest of my money back from the bank!! To bad I need that petrol to get to work and backthanks for making me walk the streets after 10pm to get home
