Great customer service, the staff at Woolsworth Devonport are friendly respectful and helpful to all members of the public. I have witnessed staff members assist elderly people to their vehicles when they are having difficulty with their shopping. To management please let your staff know how much they are appreciated keep up the great work.
Always friendly staff on shift and always nice and clean. More staff checkouts work better when busy instead of the self serve check outs. Prices clearly marked on the mostly full shelves. Parking can be a pain when busy but you do get a park. Overall this store is very good and also my local go to store as well.
Click and collect need to put on more staff for job!! Always a line up but today there was a massive line up and only 1 man doing the he was doing great by the way and then a lady who works at Woolworth knocked off had the audacity to come up the man because she couldn’t ‘understand’ why he wasn’t getting people out quick enough but at the same time she was holding everything up?!? Maybe employee more staff for the bloody job instead of making that poor man feel bad when he was doing the best he can!! Or if you work there call someone up and say come help!! Could not believe how rude she was to the poor man doing the best he can.
Plastic Plastic Plastic!! So much fresh produce wrapped in single use plastic destined for landfill! Thanks for choking the world with plastic Woolies, you are a leading the way in non-sustainability and environmental destruction. Be proud, shareholders sic.
I have been a woolworths shopper since moving back to Tas, almost 20 years. I have become more and more frustrated shopping here as there are so many staff doing the click and collect shopping with their big trolleys and they are not helpful at all, if you require assistance. The isles are clogged with these trolleys and there is less product on the shelves. I guess the shelf packers are now packing click and collect. I have shopped at Coles a few times as Woolworths didn't have the fresh produce I needed. Coles seems so much better. If I was asked which is best, I would not recommend shopping at Woolworths Devonport

Had most of what I needed except for a green capsicum. Their own bread is delicious.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got more food for our trip
Wonderful helpful pleasant staff, not bad prices
Friendly and helpful staff gave us what we wanted and more directions to Forth town
