Reasonably wide aisles, shelves well stocked and good range. The staff are great...with special mention to Sandra on checkout. Today was the second time I've been served by her and watching while waiting, she has the friendliest personality with all her customers. Well done!
The best customer service today from Russell. I asked if there could possibly be parsnips out the back when the shelf was empty. He gladly went to check letting me know the load had recently arrived. He came back saying unfortunately he couldn't find any. I thanked him for taking the time to check and went on shopping. Down the toiletries isle and here he comes with a box of parsnips. He tracked me down when he found them. The best customer service, thank you. Pat on the back mate, our roast will be all the better having the parsnips.

Most supermarkets have the same issue. They dont open enough checkouts with somwone serving you. Stock on ahelves arent the best lately. Feiendly staff though
Store is clean and easy to navigate, doesn't have the range or quantity of product as larger stores in other locations though.nStaff are very good, excellent customer service every time I shop in store.nNever had an issue with click & collect, would recommend shopping this way.nTrolleys and baskets are clean and well maintained.nCar park is the one thing that let's the venue down, smaller than average spaces, difficult to manoeuvre layout and is chaos at peak times.
