We've been travelling around Australia and since arriving in Queensland am totally unhappy with the quality of a pieces of roast meat I've purchased at Woolworths. Three so far all in different stors. They have had huge amounts of fat, not easily visible when I bought the meat. The quality is SO much poorer than anything I've bought in other states! Pick up your game Woolworths!
Easy for parking, centrally located, friendly staff willing to be helpful, clean and tidy store.. bought items to make a pie .... tasty as stocked up for threat of isolation during remnants of JaspernWell stocked shop.
One star is being generous! I witnessed staff on service desk being extremely rude to a client and its not the first time. Judgemental staff who think they are always in the right do not belong in a customer service field. Like the old saying goes, 'if you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen'. Thank goodness for supervisors to the rescue. Shouldn't have to ask for one but that worker wouldn't be given a job in my store.nnMake sure you always keep self service checkout open as an option . Some love to use them, instead of having operators squashing bread and putting different items together they shouldn't like edible and cleaning products, or canned goods on top of bread. Train your staff.
