Good supermarket with weekly specials. Quality fresh fruit, veg and meat items. Easy parking out the front door and good weekly specials. Nice wide isles and helpful staff. Give great community support to local clubs.
Quite a good store, however, there are numerous items that aren't stocked. The butchery section is excellent together with the bakery and frozen foods sections.nA vast improvement on what it was a few years ago. The staff stacking the shelves are very polite and willing to help you find what you are looking for.nIt is a far more appealing store to shop in when compared to Woolworths.
We have the best car park and low boom Gates so we can damage your roof and you can pay for it yourself we don't have any shade because we cannot afford it we want your cast to burn in the sun and visited coal so we can rip you off
In store today to purchase deodorant. This is the only thing I went in to purchase. It should not have taken as long as it did. I pressed the button on the locked cabinet about 4 times over the course of 10 mins. Still nobody come to assist. I then had to go and find a staff member who then asked had I pressed the button. This person was then gone at least another 5 mins in no hurry at all as she dawdled off. No urgency at all. Seriously Cole’s , if you are going to lock a product in a cabinet which everybody will purchase in their shopping at least have a staff member nearby at all times so we can obtain that product and get on with our day. It should not take in excess of 20 mins to purchase one product from your store.
Very busy store. But it's a good place to get in and find what you're looking for. Needs more checkout staff as there always seems to be a queue, even not in holiday/Busy times.nLots of self serve checkouts but not enough staffed checkouts
