Worst delivery service ever. My address is clearly numbered, in town with signposts. I don't have trouble with anyone else finding me. Any half decent GPS can find me. Woolworths Wilsonton is the only exception and more often than not go to other addresses and sometimes not even in the same street. Orders that do arrive are frequently missing items or I have someone else's order. Of the last 20 orders I've had only 3 with no issues.
Why is there very little meat in meat section particularly mallet place porterhouse and scotch fillet last month never any when I shop on a Saturday Sunday Monday or Tuesday better off going to a butcher !!
Hour and a half to fulfill an online order of 7 items, no apology or information given. And now uber eats won’t allow a refund because the store claims I called them and cancelled it myself, which I didn’t. I called to ask what was happening with it. Don’t offer a service you can’t provide, you donkies.
The girls working in the bakery section this morning are great they are always working quickly and are happy to oblige it was no worries for them to slice my small dark rye loaves today even though busy they are always cheerful and courteous great to see.
Woolworths - hire more staff! Over and hour and a half waiting for an online order, one staff member who'd been doing orders by himself. Poor form.
