Rude experience. Express checkout. No customers except me. 2people working. I usually go out the express as I could get cigarettes in one transaction. Recently quit smoking. Had 14 items. I know that that is more than allowed but never refused before. Rude fellow told me to go to other end. Mentioned refusal to the other staff member who offered to serve me. I thanked her and said no. Loyal customer for at least the last 5 years. I indicated to the young lady that offered to serve me that it would be my last time in Woolworths.i have no time for lazy rude staff. First time in 60plus years I have ever posted a review. So I guess I will have to learn the layout of Cole’s.
Just attended the Wilsonton Woolworths and was served by Simrat on the registers who was efficient and delivered amazing service! Fantastic experience
The store is always a mess with poor presentation.nFrom so many empty boxes on shelves to them just looking like a pigsty, and especially the refrigerated areas either over full and many times product sitting on the airflow vents.nIt took them months to realise they need to move the buns away from the side of the chicken warmer.nI warned them many times the buns had condensation in them because of there location.nObviously common sense is lacking in this store, compared to the rest in this region.nAnd personal hygiene also of certain staff...
Such a Disorganised, Untidy Store and Staff are so RudenTerribly Difficult to locate lots of Grocery Products, Prices are Dearer than ColesnThe Check out Chick at Counter 5 was so incredibly Rude, I almost left my Trolley Full of Grocery and told her not to Bother, I would be happy to go to Coles,this was around 4pm Monday afternoon and the Wilsonton Woolworths Store wasn't busy, I felt that would have to Pay Extra for her to make any Eye Contact or Smile, She didn't bother to ask if I required Bags and I had to pick up the Groceries and Bag my Own, Absolutely appalling
I did my normal weekly Click and collect. I had to go up and purchase tobacco products so I thought I would collect it myself. I had to wait a fair while as it was extremely busy. The customer service I received from the lady I think Debbie and the young man working with her was absolutely beautiful. It was a nice change to be treated like a human not a number
