Well stocked store with prompt service and friendly staff. We live out of town and come in for our big grocery shop once a fortnight and we have never had a bad experience shopping at this Coles. Plenty of parking and the Deli products especially the cold cuts are always top notch.
I have been a fan on Wilsonton Coles but no more after a rude customer service today. Tried to get refund for Coles 4kg potatoes as it started going mouldy before the expiry date. The lady at the customer service started convincing that it’s normal as like they are completely perfect and then checked with another lady and returned only to ask me to show the fungal growth. After I showed several mouldy potatoes they seem to be not convinced yet. However, I managed to get the refund for the same.nnTry it. Love it. Or get ready to face unpleasant questions.
Fruit and veg section isn't that fresh and came across some rotting lemons and strawberries, the kale had turned yellow. Shelves are not fully stocked and they always run out of water. On a positive parking is easy. On the down side you are likely to come back from shopping and someone has crashed into your car or at best scratched it. Feel they need security guards in the Carpark as this is a regular occurrence. So if you park there take up two or 4 car parks if you can to protect your car.
Near street, cozy place
Better bakery, plenty of fresh produce, good range of specials, convenient parking.
