Collecting my order and once again items missing. Last time at least they just forgot them, this time they couldn't even see the items on the pick list I paid for. The guy was polite, but being told to just call customer care to get a refund isn't good enough. Woolworths just got a new customer.
All but 3 registers have been replaced with Self-Service tills. Totally understaffed most days with lines at the tills often 3-4 poeple deep. Its only going to get worse. And the smell when entering the building is something else. Will not be going back.
Great floor staff, but never anything in stock. Don't know if the managers are incompetent or just cheap, haven't seen capsicum or cut fresh basil in over a week.
I had to ask 2 staff members for help. Can't fault them. Friendly and helpful. Thank you to the Deli lady and the lady, scanning for stocking shelves.

Live a decent coles didn't enjoy their chicken kievs. Do enjoy their bulk section

Wish i had got her name, but this woman on the deli - in her 50s I'd say- had no interaction, no hello, no thank you, nothing, not even a smile. You're working with the public and a representative of the company whether you like it or not.
I like this coles it's nice and open. But the carpark for the shopping centre was poorly done.
Coles is where my mother shopped so that's one reason to go. I like the consistency of discounted products, like the latest Lindt Chocolate boxes I saw at The Gap. Returning up the hill to Northpoint I found same products but better - a tin of Chocs to give my kind, devoted cat feeder. Lovely staffer at each checkout. I like dealing with people. Please never go totally automatic - some of us really need face time not face book.
