Good layout. Good produce. The cooked chooks were perfect. Soft bread rolls from their bakery were very fresh and tasty. Good selection of upmarket drinks. I’ll go there again. Also friendly helpful staff at the deli section. Obviously well managed. Busy on the public holiday but very efficient. In and out quickly, no delays. Well staffed up for the busy day. Got a park straight up. Well planned site a credit to the organisation.
Your worker ruby was a delight! But your other one...cameron spinxy, is a different breed. i caught him finger coiling his hair..not the one on his head and asked him very nicely where the curl creme was and he started spanking me...
Two weeks in a row expired yogurt with same use by date in click and collect order. I called four times in a row to be hung up or not transferred. Long time customer but not rotating stock is unacceptable. Yes I am being refunded again but will try Coles next week.
Rude deli staff young big guy w/ glasses asks the guy who is much father away to ask how much sliced meat I needed when I'm literally half as close and has an attitude like I killed his first born for no apparent reason. Throwing offcuts with anger onto the floor and missing the bin. Smiled to kill him with kindness but he was still being rude. Gets the oldest grocest one from our back to slice. Mate, If you don't like having to slice deli meat, don't work in the deli section? Let's hope it doesn't happen again...
If you’re heading to Woolworths at Nerang Mall, the entrance between Australia Post & M1 Realty is the closest.nnThe car park is massive in comparison to the Mall, I’d say.nnAnd as you can see in my pix, there’s a bus service, literally right out the front.nnWoolworths at Nerang Mall, has not disappointed me in the slightest.nWhen I moved from Southport to Carrara, I kept going back to Woolworths at Australia Fair, as after years of shopping there, I felt like the staff were my friends, the most lovely & genuine people who always went out of their way to help.nnAfter biting the bullet & cutting the umbilical cord, more due to necessity than anything else , I began shopping here, at Nerang Mall. What can I say, the same courtesy, friendliness & nothing’s a problem welcomed me here.nnA special shout-out to the team who close & Lucas.nnI am a perpetual procrastinator, always racing through the doors with nine times out of ten, at the very most, a half hour to close.nnThe Woolworths employees have NEVER, EVER, showed a glimpse of resentment, in fact, quite the opposite, the tell me it’s ok & not to rush.nnI can’t recommend Woolworths staff & service ENOUGH!!!nnTonight, with minutes to close one young lady was looking for Musk Sticks that weren’t there , and running some cigarettes through a register while my groceries were running through another with Lucas.nnMy only complaint is the rise in prices and that goes right across the board FOR ALL SUPERMARKETS… when you’re on the pension & a product goes on special only to come off at $1 or so more expensive, believe me, WE ALL NOTICE!!!nnI say this TO ALL SUPERMARKETS: you were one of the few businesses who excelled in profit during COVID 19, and four years down the track when the majority of the population are still in deep pain, you could at least share some of that profit, in goodwill to help us. You would still have record profits for your shareholders & the board, but instead, it’s become that insidious, even more Australian taxpayers’ money is spent on trying to hold you guys accountable. How extremely un-Australian of you!!!
