Located inside My Centre Nerang, there are a wider variety of most kinds of products, such as ice cream, than some Coles. Thank the staff who fix the self checkout machine.
Really upset with this location. I have been loyal and have ordered my groceries online weekly from them. Last night my groceries never arrived. No text or email to notify me leaving me with no food for the next morning. I contacted online support and they told me the delivery driver has gone home for the night but they would contact the manager in the morning to see what happened and get it redelivered. Today I went to work and no call or email all day and I get home and no groceries delivered. I then call online again who also can’t seem to get in contact with the manager or anyone at the store. Because my order is still in limbo saying “delivery on the way” I don’t have any ability to place a second order or redeliver. Very frustrating, unreliable, and zero communication.
Clean, well stocked bigger store then I've been to in the past. I'm new to the area. The majority of staff doing refill & online weren't friendly & stood chatting instead of being courteous & moving out of the way. This seems to be common place but it's terrible customer service. Head office may like to re-educate all stores that customers purchases are what pays the companies bills including wages. I chose not to buy the soups in fresh convenience section because of the staff. On the flip side, there was a lovely team member trying her best to clear areas for customers near the delivery. A lovely young lady online team member was very helpful when I asked her questions & apologetical when there were no Whizz fizz cones. It's so easy to be friendly & only takes a moment of staff time. The young lady in self service was kind & patient with customers. Making friendly small talk.
Nina…. Where to start. So many people in this country craving for a job and definitely you are grateful r deserve the one you have.nApproach this lady at the counter to pay and do cash out while was with my son. She left the counter, didn’t look at us , just ignored and walked away without acknowledging us.nI said hello I need cash out and rudely she reply you can do it in an automatic machine laugh and walked away.nI asked her if I was bothering her or giving too much work due to the store being empty. She didn’t care and replied back with sarcasm. The other Cole’s staff was shocked with Nina’s attitude that can in my help and asked me sorry 3 times for the misbehave or her worker.nNina there are a lot of people that needs jobs. Try to be better next time
Freshly renovated and has everything you need. There are HEAPS of self checkouts and I have never seen less than 2 manned checkouts open when I have been there so best of both worlds.
