Waited 12 minutes for the manager to get back to me, stated 1 was still in stock, arrived 10 minutes after phone call and only to be told that the item was already sold, would not put it on hold for 1 hour, NOT HAPPY

Couldn't do enough when I called to ask about some glass jars. Checked stock and was back in the phone within a matter of seconds. Fantastic Customer service, friendly, courteous.
