Everything I need is here. Not far to drive, walk around the place and looking, there’s so much more stuff. You need ABN to become a member, this wholesale here if you buy in bulk price is great.
Every time I go here they make me wait at least 5 minutes, usually 10 or more to get stuff from the freezer, waste of time and prices aren't even cheap, and all the staff are like fossils and slower than the sloth in zootopia. I don't recommend going here for anyone in a rush. Can't wait until costco opens on the gold coast. Disappointing is an understatement.
Needs to be more control over who can buy there, you see just the average person buying as if it is the local supermarket just because they have an ABN, it makes it very hard for us "real"retail people to actually get stock to run our businesses. Staff are always nice and helpful
Really arrogant staff. I run a restaurant and my billing every week has been over $500 today due to some unforeseen issues I got there at 4:00 which was their closing time. I asked the lady if she could help me but she said no. There were still many customers inside doing the billing but she said that’s not my problem if I was late and you better find another distributor. Worst staff.
I signed up online on a Sunday. Did a click and collect on a Tuesday morning. When I got there to collect I wasnt in the system so therefore my order was lost. Was told to go away and come back later. When I did I was told that I am not allowed to place an order when I just sign up...then why the website allow me to do so? Staff really put the blame back on me because they had to work to find my order. Very unhappy with there services and a bad first impression.
Great place if you buy in bulk like me. You have to have an ABN to get membership. Their sparkling water is dearer than Coles n Woolies,but everything else is pretty good. Highly recommended.
Whomever is managing this place needs to be replaced, no stock on the shelves and a rapidly decreasing inventory of what they do stock. They blame it on supply issues and have been for the last 2 years althought I'm able to source it elsewhere so supply isnt the issue the manager is. Im surprised they can still turn a profit having next to nothing to sell there
Really rude staff. I haven’t been to a place with a staff like this. Not coming back
You do need to know your prices, some goods are actually cheaper at major supermarkets. Lots of goods you cannot source elsewhere and mostly great prices especially in bulk.
Just like the supermarkets the shelves are pretty empty. So I couldn't get what I wanted.
