They have a personal customer experience for us regulars they remember our names even wonderful managers and staff. Over and above all expectations.
Woolies Highfields is pretty darn good. It's well stocked and well presented. No problems at all.
I made allowances for the fact that she might be new but not even to be acknowledged for a thank you. I think more training is needed for the young people on the deli counter. I was greeted by a big sigh and an even bigger sigh when I asked for 50 grams. I said 78 grams was ok, and was given an eye roll. It stopped me for asking for anything else.it
-New trolleys are too small.n-You need to make 2 trips to get same amount of groceries.n-New layout is frustrating.n-It’s too busy.n-There’s not enough parking.n-Build another one to accomodate the growing area.
