Got those dystopian AI gates at the self checkout. And no one ever staffed at the register. Love being viewed as a potential criminal and being given permission to *leave* by a machine.
Very bad customer service at the bakery at Woollies on Sunday. I asked for a Turkish bread, and the girl at the bakery neglected me and gave me a bad attitude. I was with my ten-year-old, and it was extremely disappointing to be treated with such rudeness in front of my child. Completely unacceptable customer service and very unprofessional for a Woolworths bakery that should pride itself on friendliness and respect. On top of that, many items were missing from the aisles, making it even more frustrating. Extremely unsatisfied with both the service and the lack of available products.
Ollie i think, tall with glasses did an amazing job working between the self-serve and served checkouts, and was so patient and lovely when my checkout machine kept asking for store login.
y'all think you're slick by hiring new people and doing facing on a regular basis after years of neglecting the store, your products/produce, your staff, and your customers. your customers aren't coming back
Stock is consistently low/missing, and consistently going up in price.nnStaff at this particular store are the worst, most rude, most unintelligent people I’ve come across in just about any supermarket ever.nThey’re unfriendly, unapproachable and not particularly good at their jobs.nnThe store is unkept and a mess.nnThere is also often employees from various organisations wanting money at the entrance.nnEven the coles across the road has a much friendlier bunch of staff that actually acknowledge you, and a better range and stock availability on most items.nnThis is probably the worst Safeway in Melbourne.
