There’s 1 or 2 absolutely disgraceful staff work here. If I could put 0 stars I would. I had 2 items at the cashier machines, 1 item I was paying on card & the other item with cash. To pay cash on the second item I had to go to the actual cashier.nI made the card payment on the first item & just as I was picking up the items & about to go to the cashier to pay cash for the 2nd item I have this racist & rude staff member tell me the second item wasn’t scanned. Obviously that’s why I was approaching the cashier about 2 meters away. She was standing right near me from the second I entered the area with the cashier machines. She didn’t look at anybody else or bother anybody else. Had I been from her part of the world which happens to be where 98%of the worlds phone scams come fromnthen I wouldn’t have even been looked at let alone approached in such a manner.nThere’s a Woolworths about 1 minute down the road & I highly recommend going there.nI’ve never had any issues with any racist & arrogant staff there.
Coles own branded mandarins rotted on the inside. Entire bag still within best before date, I peel 4 mandarins and all 4 had rot on the inside.
The store is ok, my complaint is with some of the staff, their personal hygiene is bad. Specially one male employee that smells like BO every day. I go there in the mornings and he’s already making the entire store smell. It makes the shopping experience bad
Amazing customer service. The Staff are always welcoming respectful and courteous. Especially BAE. thank you everyone . Merry Christmas and safe New Year.
