This is a superb Coles local supermarket in Hawthorn. Really impressed by the food offerings and the decent self service coffee machine. This one of better than any other ordinary Coles supermarkets. It's also at a very good location!!! There are some exclusive product offerings which you don't find at some other Coles stores....highly recommended!!!!
I will never shop at this branch because it does not have parking. Unfortunately, an Asian lady who introduced herself as the Coles manager told me that if I parked in the back car park, it would be free since I had shopped at Coles.nnBased on her advice, I parked in that car park for 15 minutes, and when I returned from Coles and was about to get into my car, I was fined by the council in the amount of $102.nnThis fine is the responsibility of Coles, and I will never pay it. Coles must be held accountable for the incorrect guidance given by its manager.nnI also strongly advise everyone that this branch has no parking at all, and I do not recommend coming here.
This is a very nicely designed Coles which is different from the typical one. They have coffee station, freshly squeezed orange station, food to go section and heaps more. Give very boutique feel.
Easily the worst Coles in the area. There is always rubbish everywhere, it’s utterly cluttered and I feel claustrophobic walking in there sometimes. They stack the shelves too much so often you pull something out and 4 other products fall down.nnWould also be good to teach your staff personal hygiene, some of their BO is sickening.
