As you expect from your Coles Local you can found much more then your Coles. I have been interduce to the Mochi & I have been hocked! At this store you can get the full range of products and it is all set in a perfect way. Next time I'll try their TA coffee , I do like to be surprised!
Coles is one of the major stores in Camberwell Place and caters for just about all of your weekly grocery needs. The fruit and vegetables are always fresh and of good quality and the shelves here are well organised and maintained. The weekly specials are an added attraction. The store is well laid out, well stocked, always bright and clean and generally there's plenty of room to move around.
I went in to buy a pack of croissants that were set to expire that day, but I was surprised to find they were still full price. I asked a staff member if they would be discounted, and I was told they’d be reduced at 5 PM. I was there at 4 PM, so it seemed unreasonable to wait just an hour for a discount on items expiring that very day.nnIt would be more appropriate for them to discount such items the day before they expire. It felt like the staff were acting like the discounts were coming out of their own pockets, which isn’t the case.nnI recommend checking the use-by dates if you’re shopping here, as they tend to keep prices full until the last few hours before products expire.
This Coles Local is much fancier than other Coles I’ve shopped at. Great selection in the bakery, free coffee on Wednesdays currently see photos and a Roll’d pop up store inside too. Hope they roll out some of these ideas to other Coles
Pretty impressive bakery. The aisle / displays look a bit messy to me compare to other modern Coles stores. I almost hit by a teenager run with skateboard inside store and staff just watched him.
