As you expect from your Coles Local you can found much more then your Coles. I have been interduce to the Mochi & I have been hocked! At this store you can get the full range of products and it is all set in a perfect way. Next time I'll try their TA coffee , I do like to be surprised!
I scanned the first item and placed it in my shopping bag slowly and carefully. However, the system alarm flashed red. Since there was only one item in the bag at that moment, I assumed it was a simple system error and would be quickly resolved.nnThen a staff member approached, checked my bag, and asked me twice what I had done. I was then left standing there while she repeatedly reviewed the footage. It was very clear that there was only one item in the bag and one item shown on the screen—there was no mismatch. I do not understand why the process took so long when the situation was so straightforward.nnThis prolonged scrutiny made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed. I believe customers should not be placed in such situations, especially when there is no wrongdoing and the issue is obviously a system glitch.nnThis has negatively impacted my shopping experience, and I must say I have never had a similar experience in other stores.
Coles is one of the major stores in Camberwell Place and caters for just about all of your weekly grocery needs. The fruit and vegetables are always fresh and of good quality and the shelves here are well organised and maintained. The weekly specials are an added attraction. The store is well laid out, well stocked, always bright and clean and generally there's plenty of room to move around.
As a local resident who shops here 2-3 times weekly, I’ve always found staffs to be exceptionally kind and helpful. Tonight, just before closing at 10pm, I needed a copy of my afternoon receipt. A lovely lady in a black shirt went above and beyond to retrieve the record for me—I regret not catching her name!nnIt’s employees like her who make this Coles my first choice.I’ve stopped going to that green-brandIn these tough economic times, I hope both employers and customers recognize and appreciate such dedicated staff. They’re the reason this store shines!
Congratulations!!! You've converted me to a Woolworths customer.nnI've tried and tried to give this Coles a go. Unfortunately, I've been let down, over and over and over again. Everything about this Coles can only be described as lackadaisical.nnThe baskets provided to shop with Only get cleaned by customersnStocking of shelves products are rarely in the place where they've advertised the productnTo the removal of sales stickers I saw one today that expired in MarchnnAdd to that the Coles Groups issue with price gouging Tim Tams are not $8 a packet. Never have been and never will be They over charge on every item just because it's Camberwell.nnI'll shop elsewhere.
