I often use this Woolworth and mostly ok.nnHowever, make sure not to do a heavy grocery shop either early morning or late night.nn- There's no check out register open.nn- None of the staff members will open a check out rail.nn- I ended up using two self check out section because of no space.nnAs other people already reviewed the stock level is usually low for fresh veggie.
Good variety . Very fresh and helpful staff. Also the hottest girl I've ever seen on the service desk /tills,near the self service area. Wow
last time i was here one of the employees shot me with a shrink ray and put all the stuff in my cart on the top shelf. they keep raising the prices of milk and bacon. remember when milk was a dollar a liter and they said they were going to put it to $1.10 temporarily and now its like 4.50 for a 2 liter. yeah.
What we ordered was different to what was delivered to our house. We called several times to have this rectified, to which no solution was provided. We were out of pocket and our nights plans were ruined. The lady on the phone demonstrated zero empathy and an absolute clear lack of customer service. Utterly terrible.
Stock levels are always pathetically low here. It’s not enough that they overcharge their customers so badly, but they don’t even bother hiring enough staff to replenish their shelf stocks. Every time I visit, half the aisles seem to be empty by lunchtime.
