Very convenient thanks to public transport and a car park in the shopping centre. There are hot produce, sushi, affordable items and self serve checkouts. Some discounted items for clearance are very cheap. Competition seems to be high here because other major stores like Coles, ALDI and Kmart are also nearby. So, be a smart consumer and compare prices. You will enjoy shopping and managing your budget.
What is happening to this Supermarket, its not just once, but every time I go there to shop the shelves look like Woolworths cannot afford to stock them. Constantly items are listed as being in stock but not on the shelves, when making further inquiries I'm told they are out the back !!nnApart from minimal stock levels the entry to the supermarket is absolutely filthy, travellators are always breaking down. Well enough is enough I'm shopping elsewhere and will recommend others do the same !!
The customer service I had today was terrible. I had to wait longer 30min than it took me to shop 27 min - my daughter timed it. The person serving me was incredibly slow Katharine and showed no attempt to be more efficient even though the store was really busy. The other 3 other checkout staff served 2-3 people in the same time it took her to serve 1 single person in front of me. They opened another register but that staff member called the person behind me so I still had to wait.
Always junkies and homeless people hanging out the front, especially at night. The car park at night feels completely unsafe. You'd think Woolworths would use some of their billions of dollars of profits on some security at the place, not to prevent shoplifting, but to protect the customers from the scum hanging out front.
I was helped by this really friendly worker called Katherine! I was lost in the big store and got a little stressed, but she was very patient and walked with me to the items I needed help finding : The store itself is really nice, has a lot of stock and conveniently located close to the station.
