A bad place to shop. An even worse place to work. The Indian store manager destroyed this store since taking over 2 years ago. If you no longer see any familiar faces, it's because he left us no choice. Don't take the store's decline out on the workers, blame him for his horrible leadership, micromanaging and poor decision-making.
I had written originally, it's ok.nPffft, why I'm trying to be nice to a supermarket,nOut of the two supermarkets, I would go Coles. It kicks Woolies to the curb..
We used to come here for many years. Since turning into a Metro Woolworths it has continued to get worse and worse. I would give 0 stars of possible. The policies, service and product selection/availability is all now quite poor.
In recent months, this Woolworths has really gone downhill. Their recent changes to the store format has made the store really hard to navigate. I was loyal to this store for years until they reduced their selection of products and items in the deli. It's forced me to go to Coles across the road or Woolworths in Camberwell Junction.
I have been a loyal customer of this supermarket for 25 years. Increasingly week by week the produce is becoming less in quality and quantity.nToday the meat I bought to make a Sunday. Roast was the worst meat I have ever eaten in my life. I shall never shop here ever again. It is very easy for us to go across the road to Coles.
