As a local I liked this store very much until few weeks ago I bought a bag of carrots. Initially there were some black spots on the carrots and I did not pay to much attention. Days later these spots developed into mould! And today I saw few bags of the same bagged carrots on sale again. I assure you this is a health hazard to your loyal customers. 1st photo taken today, second photo taken on 28082022
Not the biggest store but it has plenty of stock and the best thing about this store are the friendly staff. Produce is really fresh with a bakery and butcher onsite, which I hope they never shut it down. Parking onsite so you can pop in for a quick shop, or take your time with 2 hour free parking. I hope this store continues to do well as Camberwell Junction is way too big. A good cafe bookstore inside the store would be the cherry on top!
Clean store with friendly staff. Has outdoor parking. No need to mess around with trolley tokens. There is also a trolley wiping bay which you can use to clean trolleys prior to use. Plenty of parking.
Starting to look pretty small and run down comparing other woolies. Wouldn’t do a big shop here. Go to camberwell or coles opposite.

I was there today some staff are not culturally aware, they are quite rude. I was sorting a receipt for my client and one lady just said I don’t know what to do and this is part of of my job. Okay I understand that but don’t say can you move because I have customer. I am also a customer. I will suggest to the manager to arrange training for their staff to learn and how to be culturally aware. And be nice to all customers doesn’t matter what colour of their skin are.
Loved woollies ever since it took over from Tuckerbag. Then Coles came to Middle Camberwell which I tried of course, but I still shop at Wollies. I can't give any reason why except to say I feel comfortable shopping there. I also believe car parking is easier.
As always very friendly staff, who are always willing to help and clean and upkept stores.
Staff at front desk smirked when I approached them to report that 2 items I'd purchased were not discounted. I was told I'd been using last week's catalogue which I'd picked up upon entering the store. A quick summons to a floor staff immediately replaced the old catalogues 2 days out of date with the latest, but no apologies, just a refund was offered. Good thing I always check my receipt!
