I have shopped at Woolworths for a long time now and the majority of the time I am mostly happy with their service.

 I find that the staff will offer to come with you to the isle and show you where the food or ingredients are to help save the customer time or they will ask , will you be alright finding the goods yourself down the isle they just told the customer where it is.

I am also happy when I cannot reach the milk and your staff will help me by getting the milk for me. I find that they the staff are always helpful patient and polite to me.

After undergoing a major renovation over the past few months, the store looks very new and fresh. Good stock of items at all times. The staff is friendly and helpful. Large number of self-checkout options makes shopping quick and easy.

Excellent shop that has been recently renovated. Beautiful store with lots of products and great staff. A pleasure to shop here. But needs to stock more gluten free products.

I can truly say with a great big smile, that your bakery have amazing Vegemite Scrolls! The service and kindness of staff is amazing! 5/5 for incredible sustainability and work environment and everything else is top good! Went to fruit and vegetable area and a boy by the name of Jesse helped me out and provided amazing advice, he was extremely polite with the help and shows hard work and effort.

Just came out from the store. new staff is very bad in customer service. when I trying to explain two staff members that Item I picked was half price, they both didn't believe me and they went to check it and again came back with the same answer, then me & my husband went to the place we picked the item and showed them, finally they understood that was their mistake but before we leaving the store at the cashier after we bought the item ( her name is Sarah) told me " don't bother coming back" ????? you can decide whose right & whose wrong...very disapointing
