A lot of great staff here make shopping here incrediblenBig shout out to Marcia and Gamze, Con, and 4 others which I forget their names but will edit this post soon, it’s exactly what ‘excellent’ customer service is. Always consistent and always friendly. The community in these small areas it often lacks but definitely not Woolies Gladstone park.
This morning at 11.30 am I purchasing items not secure and sealed from the baker health food safety when i ask the attendees near the self checkout about that she response the all same no issue??? Wooow ? Woolworths I wonder why you store close in many areas like the one in roxburgh park and this one soon when health inspctor check in from health Victoria.
This shop is appalling. Sometimes the 15 items or less aisle is open sometimes not. Old people standing in a long queue to pay for just a few items. Went there on a busy Friday - again the 15 items aisle was closed. The standard of fresh produce is dreadful. You even have to ask forn“ Aussie “ ham. The ladies in the deli are very nice - about the only good thing about the place.nThey also need more CASH self serve lanes.
I’m slinging out 5 stars because I know it comes from a good place but tell the young girl with brown hair not sure of her name working the registers to tone the niceties down. She is way over the top! Good job for attempting customer service but she was freaking everyone out. Even the person serving me kept looking over at her. She was so ‘friendly’ she almost looked like she was in pain.
