Jye from delis and seafood was amazing. He is the best. Never seen a Woolworths staff helping me out the way he did for more than 20 years of my life in Australia. He just went out of the way to help me out in busy xmas times I couldn’t believe the customer care standards he’s got. He is 10 out of 10. Convenient shopping after dropping off or picking up kids from school. Has most household items you would need at reasonable prices. The shop is in need of a lift as well as the shopping centre in which the shop is,
Only use as it is local. Always check your receipt. Too many errors and overcharges. Bought a $1 choc bar and scanned as 1.2l tub of icecream @ $8.99. This is just one and most recent example of many.
Great Safeway, really nicely stocked,always has cheap ciggys, and for drinkers it appears to be a really large version of the BWS liquor store add-on.
Good local supermarket to go to for every day needs, i go there twice a week and most stuff is friendly ,wasn't very pleasant today with the girl working on self service ,she was quite rude.
Couldn't find what I was looking though online search said that this item is in stock. I had given a feedback about an outdated item being on the shelves. More than FOUR DAYS later, I am still to hear from the store!
A little dated shopping complex needs TLC but heaps of Middle Eastern cuisines and Asian restaurants and takeaways and a large greengrocer, Aldi and Woolies.
I was really happy with the level of service provided by Michael in self-serve. I had vouchers to redeem and forgot 2 items which he allowed me to grab it was quiet. He couldn't have been any nicer or helpful. Also a number of items I buy regularly were on special. I mentioned his excellent customer service to the store manager on the day. All round it was an excellent shopping experience. Thanks Woolworths!

Not enough staff only 2 checkouts open..long ques..many products not enough or have deleted ..also specials not ordering enough..have contacted the head office told me that they would do better after 2 months same problems..I have travel further to a coles as they always have plenty in stock of what I need .thr Gladstone Park store must be losing tens of thousands of dollars each year maybe more as my family and friends also say they can not get eant they want because the store is out of stock on many items and also have to go to Coles to get those items
