Like the new store looknNot enough manned check outs.nHard to find help.nTheir trolley lock system malfunctions 3 times with me the only goods I had I had payed for.nThis was embarrassing and nearly caused me to trip because of jamming without warning.nI won’t t shop there again. Elderly people I know said they had to take the goods out of the trolley and carry them to their cars.
Much needed store upgrade. Looks nicer upon entering and has made it easier to find stuff. Plus, I am now able to use the points I've collected for shopping rather than having them going to waste on things I was never going to get with them previously.
Is there any supermarket that has every trolley functioning? Have to test so many to find a good one. Seems like security is tight here, can't step out for one second to get another trolley without some barrier blocking my way.
This is a really good supermarket, it feels very modern. All the meat, dairy, eggs & most chilled foods are kept in doored coolers ensuring shelf life. There are large self-serve checkouts so you don't have to compete with small express lanes. This is one of the better supermarkets in the greater Tullamarine/ Gladstone Park/ Hume areas
Only self-service check outs available. Not a single person to serve customers every time I go here. Not even a solitary manned checkout. Also got trapped by the security gate - unable to leave despite having receipt in hand - it has since been disabled so what is the point? It’s like they’re making it as difficult as possible to shop. As a consequence I’ll not be returning to APW Coles.
