Great little family run supermarket in our local area. Recently had an upgrade inside. Nice bright airy shop now with everything you need in one spot
Love this place for its butcher and deli, the meat here is great. Have been going here for 15+ years. As with some of the other reviews though, the fruit and veg section really needs some work. Veggies are below average a lot of the time.
In the past 12 months of living in Westmeadows, I’ve never come across people so politely spoken, respectful, friendly and just nice genuine people., the staff at Claudios are no different, I have no family here and at times have been challenged to keep myself together, they have always greeted me with kindness and no judgment for rocking up in a dressing gown which is most days. I’ve gotten to know them including Michael the security, the deli staff and the owners. You can’t buy staff like that. Everywhere else is quite straight to the point with no customer service with a smile. Their stock is simply put., I love their range and while people have commented on their fruit and vege, it’s not as bad as they’ve stated. It’s the convienience I appreciate and to be fair with all the positives of most things being available and on shelf, and incredible meat- it’s beyond incredible.. the store is updating their lay out and for everyone with a bone to pick about the fresh produce, I’m certain with the new refurbishment and improvements this year, fresh produce will only better with that too. To the staff at Claudios, you’re an amazing bunch! and I will always be a customer. Galina x
Fruit and Vegetables are always off whilst most grocery items are extremely over-priced. Many of the Dairy products are also stale and expired. Please also be aware that this IGA doesn't comply with Consumer Law as the staff do NOT provide refunds or returns on spoiled grocery products, despite them having a responsibility to do so.
The only thing keeping this place going is the butcher. The so called fresh produce is a joke. Fruit flys eating the tomatoes. Seriously looks like it’s decomposing. If you ever by change get a fresh fruit or veg thanks your lucky stars. Absolutely disgusting!!! Health services really need to be looking into this place.

I'd dearly love to rate this 5 star. However consistently terrible fruit and vegetables. Always mouldy, bruised, flys and bugs galore. Shouldn't even be on display. The Westmeadow community deserves much better. It's a pity the rest of the store is fabulous amazing deli and butcher and friendly staff. They let themselves and the community down and despite previous feedback about the same issue.
