Very rude staff . Specially the lady at the self service and front desk penny . If you go there for change and get the answer go to the bank , even though she had money in the till and refused to change for small 20 dollars and you saw the fully loaded till. I have worked in coles and know that you can't refuse anyone that comes there to get the change or get cash out and still get that answer. Seriously management you seriously needed to train your staff or if they have some issues ask them to deal at home
Well kept clean and tidy at all times with dairy section will be under renovation soon, Always busy which they open and work right through the whole pandemic still going strong to care for the entire community around the area, Shelves always full with almost everything you need are here, busy location massive parking area, taxis always lining up for help with public transport buses and trains connects from here.
I had an interaction with a trolley collector named Michael that was rather unpleasant. He was standing in the back corner, smoking and yelling out unpleasant words. This reflects very poorly on the Coles brand..
i usually shop at coles Aurora at Epping.This time around, I happened to shop at coles broadmeadows, i was shocked to see mouldy fruit and vegetables. It was really disappointing to see that. Overall experience was really bad as well. Store smelt funny as well. Online complain form doesn't work.
