Overly happy with my experience with Coles Delivery department today.nI didn't receive my nappies I had ordered, called Coles and spoke with Josh in Deliveries. He contacted the driver straight away, they had already noticed that they had forgotten my item.nJosh assured me that the driver would return and deliver my nappies.nI was very appreciative and couldn't be happier with the customer service and how they handled everything.nExcellent job Josh and to my Delivery driver didn't catch her name.nKeep up the good work Coles Gladstone!
Handy for finding the aisles where the products I am after, are. And for checking prices before I go shopping. See what's on sale. I reckon it would be good if the app had a dark mode.
Standing out checkout right now , been in line for over 8 minutes. Only two registers open on a Sunday afternoon. I work for a similar retailer and having queues this long wouldn't happen. Customer service manager not checking lines, or doesn't care.
Loved the help and advice I received from Paula in the bakery section today.
