Approached a lady working in the deli area around 8:30pm on the 20/10/22 asking if she knew where a certain product was, she turned around and said I wouldn’t have a clue and just carried on, no effort in trying to help despite me being polite. Definitely needs a refresher on her customer service skills.

Drove all day from Noosa. Ran in on Thursday public holiday at 6.05 pm with my family, needed water, milk, basic food, pleased to give us 5 minutes. Nah, they turned us away, heartless people, no care. Shame on you woolworths and shame on your heartless staff who have no empathy
Parking can be difficult, but overall a great shopping centre.
It's another Woolworth's like all the rest. Expensive fruit and vegetables, meat and anything healthy. Cheap chocolate and unhealthy food. Usual story.
As you would expect from Woolworths store. Plenty of variety and choices and good layout. All good Jim.
Woolworths store in the heart of Gladstone centre and small store and free parking.
I wish that I could of given more stars, but I am disappointed that I feel like I have to sanitise my hands after opening the glass doors in the fridges. On the good note, friendly team, great selections and not too long of a wait in checkouts.
Bought a whole cauliflower then when I got home I saw it was rotten
Is fine. But at 7pm on Monday June 21, there were no sanitizers for hands and trolleys they were all empty. No plastic bags in the fruit and vegetable department. Everything else like any other Woolworths supermarket.
