display was amazing tonight. very organised and i could tell the workers were getting the whole shop neatened this evening. however there is a youngish india lady who works on check outs who is quite rude. i scanned a dog toy which was $3.20 and it came up as $16 so i asked her why and if it was in the wrong spot. she just canceled to item and said “u must have gotten it from the wrong spot or read it wrong” at my local parkhill Coles they would instantly look into it and most of the time give it for the price you saw or even for free.
Please remind your staff to do better on MILKRUN orders. This is the second time this week. I have placed an order and there has been issues. First time they forgot a whole bag and tonight The peaches I received 2 out of 3 were mouldy and they forgot my nectarines Extremely frustrating when I don’t drive and cannot just go to the shop whenevernnPlease do better
Cashier ignored and rudely talked to us. They always told us the deliveries are ready but when we reached it’s pending and they did not even bother. We’re picking up deliveries and the staffs pushed the trolley to us in rude way. A staff named Brandon called me rude instead when we just informed him to take the machine for me to scan. Get better staffs woolies !!!
Saturday 13th Dec. I would like to thank a young girl named Hunter, who was working diligently in the yoghurt aisle when I interrupted her and asked her to look up a product for me. She was cheerful, said it was no trouble and we searched together, and not finding it on shelves went to computer to track down. Unfortunately the product was listed as not unavailable, however I believe she is a credit to your store, and should be recognised.
The staff here are very irresponsible. You have to wait at least 30 minutes to get your order because none of the staff are working here and I think their manager is asleep.
