Absolutely wonderful staff who helped me with choosing the perfect accessories for my step father's Family Weber Q. I have no idea when it comes to BBQ's but the helpful staff went above and beyond for me and were very patient and extremely helpful!! I was so happy with the service they gave me that I will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone I can! Will definitely return for any heating, cooling or BBQ needs!!
If you have an issue with heating - particularly a Regency product - call Woodpecker - I had Richard who came out serviced the machine and got it running perfectly. I wish I had have called them first time round. Previous to their visit I had another gentleman from another company tell me it couldn't be fixed and I needed to go out and buy a new Regency heater. Thank you Richard. You saved us. Great job !
I had a really delightful experience with Woodpecker, they have installed our reverse cycle air conditioners, wood heater and we have purchased a Weber from them as well. They are committed to giving quality over making a quick buck and put in the time and effort to answer even the simplest of questions. I have recommended Woodpecker to family and friends and they have all had the same experience as myself, amazing!! Thank you for making the transaction easy and the quality amazing!!
This week we had a Daikin air conditioner installed by Jason and Chris. They did an excellent job and we are very happy with everything. Thank you also to Tony who was so helpful with answering all my queries in the office and arranging everything. Great job Woodpecker :
Our first initial dealing with Woodpecker and in particular Aidan was reasonable good. We believe they were well informed of their products and their requirements. So we continued to deal with them. As our fireplace space was designed to fit the Regency Montrose and we had supplied woodpecker with the plans for the house, they assured me that the unit would fit and work with our space. So we decided to leave the $220 fee for the installer to comet and price us on the total cost of the install. Upon arriving and inspection, we were advised that this unit would not work within our space due to our raked ceiling. This is something that Aidan and Woodpecker should have picked up on the plans we provided them prior to assuring us and taking our money that the unit would work in our space. They then had the nerve to tell us to choose another unit. One we had been advised against by other installers due to on going issues they have experienced from other customers. The installer quoted us $2900 and there would be an additional for electrical connection. Other installers have quoted us $2400 inclusive of everything. My wife has called to ask for a refund and spoke with a woman there who said she would see what she could do. We waited for a phone call and never got one. My wife called back the next day and Aidan answered and she explained to him why we should be entitled to our $220 refund. Only to be told "well what about my time you wasted in the store" Since when do we have to pay for customer service in stores now? Is this how Woodpecker deal with their customers. We advised Aidan that we would be taking this further and his response was "good, take it further." This is the first step of our complaint against woodpecker. Considering my wife is a draftsperson to a huge building company here, she will be advising her industry/company not to use Woodpeckers services. We are taking this to consumer affairs. This isn't just about the $220, this is about the rude service we have been provided and the principle behind the matter.
I dealt with Terry. Compared to every other shop I spoke too, this guy knew his stuff, made the process easy and had my heater in stock within a week. The rest of the team were just as great when I went to collect it.
Big thank you to Aden & Rick. excellent service, Aden was so helpful on the phone, recommending The Nectra Bakers Oven. As I live in the country and was just at the start of covid, made my shopping experience that much easier with them sending me links to view and get all the dimensions. Went down to pick it up and Rick was kind enough to show me all the workings and could answer any questions I throw at him, plus did an excellent job loading it safely and strapping it down well for the trip home. I’m so in love with my Nectra- australian owned to. It’s a ripper and I love to cook in and on it. Definitely a winner. Plus Aden had used one before, and was able to give me fantastic instructions on how to get cooking with the oven. I highly recommend these guys, excellent service. One very happy customer.
This place is great, came to grab some parts for a flue but ended up buying some cool fireplace tools and had a good wander around. Huge range of products on display and very helpful staff. Full compliment of Weber Q accessories and barbecues as well. Easy parking and hard to miss the store location.
A special thank you to Marianne, she was extremely professional and helpful. We had a challenging retrofit and she provided excellent advice. The installation team followed through with quality service, communication and on-time delivery. Bravo to the Woodpecker team. The Escea DFS730 was an excellent choice.
