"BBQs-R-US is a family owned and operated business that started up in 1978. In 1980 we moved to Mitcham, and have been there ever since. We deal with 3 different styles of BBQs – the ‘domestic’ 3-6 burner BBQ which is what you buy for your house, larger outdoor kitchens with incorporated sinks, fridges and modules for outdoor patios as well as the large commercial hotplate BBQs made for councils, caravan parks, schools etc. We can custom make these commercial BBQ’s to fit almost any size. Many of our staff members have been with us for over 30 years, and we pride ourselves on the experience and knowledge we have accumulated over the years."

Our Xmas was cancelled last minute, so I asked the kids what would make a good Xmas? They said everything cooked over charcoal. I rang bbqs-r-us about 15mins before they closed and they stayed open for me to get charcoal. Great, fast, friendly service. They've made our Xmas! Thanks guys!!!
I cannot speak highly enough about the service provided by these guys. We bought our bbq online during lockdown. Since then we have added various bits & communicated by both phone & email. Extremely prompt responses & they have definitely gone above & beyond. Love your work guys!
Service from Amanda was excellent. One thing you forget to tell me is that all the goods come on a pallet and you need 10 strong men to move them. They cannot be delivered to where you want them only the garage or driveway. I feel that you should explain this to the customer before they purchase the goods. Also BBQs-R-U should be looking into getting another delivery company other than Josies in Geelong. Very poor customer service and the company have a communication problem between office staff and delivery person. The goods took 2 days to come 5.1km 8min drive. KD Freight - try them - surely they couldn't be as bad as Josies.
Needed a replacement drip tray for my bbq and BBQs-R-US where great. The SS tray is spot on and the service was first rate! Thanks for all your help.
Forget fancy spacious showrooms with outdoor furniture, BBQs r us is jam packed full of BBQs and BBQ related paraphernalia. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. We've bought O rings for a gas regulator hose and a fire stoking set which we found hidden away in a corner of the store with a price tag of much less than some other stores we'd visited. Worth a look if you're in the market for bbq gear.
Amazing service from all the staff at BBQs R Us. Made an enquiry on their website, got an email with their super sharp pricing the next day, and the bbq got delivered that same day. Everyone was awesome to deal with, and to get such quick service, especially during lockdown, is nothing short of amazing. Could not reccomend these guys highly enough.

We got great service and a quality BBQ from a fantastic team, who helped make sure we chose the best product for our home.
Old fashioned service, had quite a few back and forth emails with Amanda, she was always polite and provided all the information efficiently. Once i paid, Amanda ordered the bbq on the Monday and 2 days later for an interstate delivery it was here! Can't recommend these guys enough.
