They ignore online questions, are lax in answering their phones, and most of the sales staff don't know much about their products/range. They get one major shipment a year, and staff don't even know if that has arrived. 
Many of the items in their catalogue are permanently "Out of Stock", etc.
When it comes to gas Log fires, they "Talk a good fight" only :-(
