Very helpful as we were building a new home. Wanting to have an open fire. Got a double sided Cheminees Philippe Did not have to use any reverse cycling during winter as this put out enough heat for both floors. But is also a talking piece for visitors as it is a beautiful looking fireplace

Amazing service from all the sales reps. Couldn’t be more friendlier and helpful. Highly incourage that people look through wignells of Melbourne first before searching anywhere else. Great value and great customer service

We purchased a Jindara wood heater from Wignells. Very happy with the heater and the after service provided by Wignells. The installer was likewise professional and took great pride in his work. I have nothing but praise for Wignell.

Sensational After Sales Service. We purchased an Cheminee Phiippe fire place from Wignells and recently wasn't entirely happy /sure the fireplace was working correctly. Given it could be an installation issue with our builder we decided to call Wignells and ask they would assess the installation / operation, so we could report back to our builder. I was surprised how helpful they were regarding our situation and John arrived at our house 6pm on a Sunday night on the Mornington Peninsula to assist us. Highly recommended! Ask for John or David
