I purchased a gas fire place from this company under the pretense that it had certain features, such as remote operation control and a timer function. After it was installed it turned out it did not have those features. The Gas Log Fire Company claimed they had no idea about their own product. I was only able to get a refund by involving my lawyer and wasting months of time.

We rang Andrew to arrange a fireplace service on our rental property in Brunswick. The technician found a couple of faults which he fixed on the spot and the fireplace is back to 100%. Excellent service and price. Thank you guys.
