Disgusting food!! Dry stodgy and very poor quality...don't bother if you like properly prepared asian food. What a waste of my hard earned cash!

I purchased two hot and Spivey noodle boxes takeaway, both completely dry, not Enright meat, sauce and vegetables. I rung store to explain situations but the lady, she don’t even speak English well or understand, spoke to owner (Jonny) John, was so rude, don’t even accept the complaints, Jonny said I can only give you contact number of Head office in Sydney if you wish to complain, he is not even agreeing to refund. Send him images of their disgusting food, ring back to follow up but don’t even want to talk. Lady on the phone said John is too busy cooking. I don’t suggest this place to anyone. I always have great experience at Kingsway Wokinabox shop.

Very negligent persons attending to the counter and preparing food. The Osborne park outlet have consistently under performed in providing quality food and this negligence of theirs has made it the worst of all. I did go back to report this to them along with the evidence. The lady apologized and offered to reimburse the purchase amount. The manager who was also the person who cooked the meal just did not bother much. He simply had a 'don't care' attitude.

Good food when they get it right. Content lyrics get orders wrong as staff sometimes struggle with english speaking customers.
