On the evening of Saturday, 2/05, we had a lovely dinner with our family.nnThe chicken was juicy, full of flavor, and perfectly grilled. The portions were very generous. The staff in the kitchen wearing a white cap who served the food was extremely patient and polite.nnThere are several Nando’s near our home, but we’re always willing to drive a bit further to come to this one in Tuart Hill. Only this store is consistently clean, with tidy and well stocked sauce bottles, friendly service, and stable food quality.nnYou can really tell the owner puts a lot of care into running this place. This is our favorite restaurant.
I just got home after ordering take away. The chips were gross and tasted like they had been sitting there for awhile and the chicken doesn't even look safe to eat. The ribs are usually my favourite and I've been coming to nandos for years and I'm really upset, I tried to call the store but it didn't go through. If it was a case of its still edible I wouldn't of been so upset but I feel really scammed for my money and I was so looking forward to it.nThis is my first bad review I've posted aswell so it saddens me deeply.
Ordered via Uber Eats last night and the food didn’t even make it to the house properly. Not sure whether to blame the Uber driver or the packing, but this should have been packed much better. Sauce leaked everywhere and the bag completely fell apart — looks like a rushed job. On top of that, the chicken tenders were extremely small, more like bite-sized pieces. Overall pretty disappointing.
Everything was perfect tonight except for the slim young white teenage girl that brought the food to us. she literally dropped our plates on a table! same with our drinks. she made a loud as she slammed our drinks on the table. it's like she was a spoilt child that had been punished, and so she took out her anger on us. horrible customer service from her only. the rest of the staff were excellent as usual. no excuse for bad service. she should leave her problems at home.
The owner was very hospitable and asked if everything was okay. My friend and I were here for a while and we were even given a dessert each which made our day!
