I have been a loyal patron to this restaurant since 2002, Nando's Tuart Hill has been my go-to. The Kitchen and Dining Area is always Immaculate, the staff have always been amazing, not once have they ever messed up my order, the staff is always in a good mood, all of them very approachable and quick to help. This review is a long time coming a huge thank you to Thao hope i spelled that right the gorgeous young lady  on the front counter, Toby and Don and the rest of the wonderful staff at Nando's Tuart Hill, My family and I are grateful for always giving us the best dining experience, something that is lacking nowadays in other eateries, many can learn from you guys the difficult art of customer service, keep up the great work. To whoever reading this and have noticed that I have not mentioned anything about the food, well it's that good, you have to go find that out for yourself and I can promise that you won't be disappointed. * I wish they bring back the chicken liver on the menu, or as a limited time offer

Nando’s in Tuart Hill is one of the best branches to dine in and take away. Today I had ordered half a chicken, Mediterranean salad and large garlic bread for my takeaway. The staff were very kind and generous and gave me a large chips because I had to wait for the chicken to be cooked fresh. I didn’t have to wait long.nnI was happy to wait because I enjoy freshly cooked food. They don’t need to be kind but they were. Which I appreciate.nnThe food is delicious and all four items pair well together as a meal. With such variety my taste buds were delighted and my stomach happy.nnThis branch of Nando’s are really serious about their food to the point that they marinade the chicken with their famous sauce thoroughly. And you tell by the delicious taste of the chicken with their famous sauce. The chicken is tender and juicy. You also have the choice to choose the spice level.nnI would recommend this branch of Nando’s to everyone who enjoys delicious and healthy food. Well done Nando’s Tuart Hill, keep up the good work!

I just got home after ordering take away. The chips were gross and tasted like they had been sitting there for awhile and the chicken doesn't even look safe to eat. The ribs are usually my favourite and I've been coming to nandos for years and I'm really upset, I tried to call the store but it didn't go through. If it was a case of its still edible I wouldn't of been so upset but I feel really scammed for my money and I was so looking forward to it.nThis is my first bad review I've posted aswell so it saddens me deeply.

Ordered via Uber Eats last night and the food didn’t even make it to the house properly. Not sure whether to blame the Uber driver or the packing, but this should have been packed much better. Sauce leaked everywhere and the bag completely fell apart — looks like a rushed job. On top of that, the chicken tenders were extremely small, more like bite-sized pieces. Overall pretty disappointing.

The owner was very hospitable and asked if everything was okay. My friend and I were here for a while and we were even given a dessert each which made our day!
