Pepperoni had very few toppings. One slice had one one pepperoni piece on it. The other pizza was nice and the garlic bread was tasty. Maybe just stick to their higher priced pizzas, or go to a different dominos
Not very impressed by the quality of puff pizza. It wasn’t cooked properly and was soggy. Only the edges tasted like puff really and was crunchy. Also the toppings were not at all proper. At certain spot you will find too many capsicum whereas on the other too many onions. Overall the experience was not good and I don’t think I’ll order from this store ever again.
We ordered spicy pepper Panner Pizza on Friday evening on phone and also asked to make nice pizza but Pizza was really bad in taste and there was no panner on Pizza at all. Can you imagine pepper panner Pizza didn't have panner on it I can't understand how DOM system has passed this Pizza???? Looks like Domino's are making us fool by saying they using DOM system to make good Pizza Vegetarian options: There was no Panner added on spicy pepper panner Pizza
I ordered 4 pizzas and had only one prepared when I came to pick it up. They told me, I was overcharged and offered a refund. I clarified that I ordered 4 pizzas and paid for another 2 as they had only charged me for two pizzas earlier. After 10 minutes or so, I got the pizzas and upon reaching home, I was extremely disappointed to find out that they got my order wrong. I ordered a XL pepperoni, XL double beef and onion, XL spicy veg supreme and XL cheesy garlic but was given 4 XL spicy veg supremes.

Absolutely appalled with the manager of tuart Hills dominos customer service, it has allways been a 50/50 shot with getting my half and half order right, finally got fed up with the order being wrong and returned it again tonight as my child is allergic to a specific ingredient. I returned it to the store tonight to get a refund, but was offered a replacement, which usually would be fine as we are used to the pizza being wrong , but just wanted a refund, I was blatantly refused interrupted and to feel if I was in the wrong , when they had got the order again wrong. Absolutely disgusted by the manager lack of customer service and dominos should look into how they train there managerial at an inadequate level. I have been going to this store for some years, but no longer willing to put up with the bad food and bad customer service. I'm sure they won't care about this complaint , but dominos need to look into the manager awful managerial skills towards there customers. If they find it hard to remove one topping as a paying customer has asked them too, they really should be. In the hospitality business. Definitely won't be going back to this store.
Unfriendly staff ++ lacking any sort of customer service skills. Walked in, the Indian girl asked what I wanted, literally, "what do you want?" Ordered my food and told them I'd go next door and come back. I asked her for a receipt as she didn't repeat my order back to me so I wasnt sure I was going to get what I ordered. She gave me the eftpos receipt showing the total amount and I asked her for the receipt showing the order. She told me I'd get that on pick up. When I returned another Indian girl came and stared at me without saying anything and me, thinking it was the same Indian that served me, I said, "hi". She asked what I wanted and then thought about it and I told her I'd made an order and then I asked her how long it would be and I would wait in my car. She told me five minutes so I told her I'd wait in my car. Then the other girl initial one that served me raced over as the order was already on the counter behind. I said "thank you, have a good day". Neither said anything to me. At least they got the order right.
SCAM IN DELIVERY APP I ordered through delivery app at roughly 11:15. Then it says this domino has confirmed the order and is preparing it. It says it will take roughly 15 minutes so I didn’t mind. I waited for more than an hour and there was no update whatsoever. I called the place to find out that it is unresponsive and then I googled it to find out that they have closed. I can’t even cancel my order without losing my money and getting nothing. If they were closing, why would you confirm on the order and say that you are preparing it when you’re not? I’ve ordered plenty of times from other restaurant who let me know early on when they can’t do the order. They must have known that I cannot cancel this order once they have confirmed to preparing it. The only option left is to cancel but you won’t get your money back. This is an outright scam. What a shameful way to run a business.
There was like a metal/tin little spiral on my pizza. Not too sure if it’s from a can or something. Good thing I saw it
Went to this place last night. Ordered vegetarian pizzas. Looked at the Salad area from the glass. It was all dirty. Meat & Bacon peaces were everywhere. In cheese, pineapple and salads. I asked not to use those so they used new containers. As soon as they finished with my Pizza they started using the old once. I asked 3 times. There are chances that you might have small peaces of meat or bacon in your pizza. I was fine later but people who are pure vegetarian due to religion or allergies should avoid the place.
