I've been here several times for dine in and takeaway ordering in-store or using the app. Although generally we get what we ordered, there's been times where they've left out an item or incorrectly given the wrong mix of original vs hot and spicy chicken. My suggestion is to check your order before you leave.nnFood wise, its generally up to standard and an average and OK KFC.nnNote that during busy times, like dinner time, they can get very busy and wait times can be long especially if you go in store, given priority is given to drive through. Staff are generally trying their best, but there's been the occasion where they stuff up the queue and you can still be waiting for your food well after people who arrived after you have received their order. On top of that, because they've taken so long to fill your order, some items like the chips may be served cold and soggy. Their excuse is that they have trainees, but why would you put excessive trainees on when you know you will be busy, such as if there's a good deal on for that day. Something doesn't seem right.
Worst KFC if ever had.nExtremely old chip, oil saturated chicken, limp nuggets like the store. Never again!!!
I live locally around this KFC and frequently have been to this restaurant. In the handful number of time we have been there, the staff have not once got the order correct.nnThe restaurant is run by children.nnOn one occasion, I ordered popcorn chicken and a regular chips and they forgot the chips…nnI waited 35 minutes in drive through to receive the wrong order, you could not see the floor as it was covered in food scraps and boxes and there was an employee, not in uniform wearing sandal slides.nnDisgustingnnRating it 1 star because 0 isn’t an option
Don't order bucket meals, they load it with all the small or dry pieces of chicken. We ordered a 10 piece and there wasn't 1 piece of drumstick or thigh only wings and breasts. Very disappointing. I'm not saying don't go there whenever I have ordered combos is usually fine I'll just never go bucket combos again.
Absolute shambles ! Unorganized chaos ! Blind leading the blind !nnFast food, that is hilarious, we waited 40mins in store… I think Rocky is still out in the back yard trying to catch that chicken !nnNo adults, only kids running the place.nnOne staff member enjoyed a solid 5 minute of lodging and then wiggling his index finger deeply inside his ear canal….. mmmmm so appetizing!nnThis was my first ever time at KFC … will not be endorsing corporate American chicken franchises ever againnnSHOP LOCALnnCustomer service do not respond to this message unless you actively want to make difference to the establishment… provide proper guidance and leadership.
