It is unfortunate as I enjoyed all aspects of the restaurant but cannot return due to overuse of MSG . The restaurant and dining is upstairs , we sat in a prime position overlooking main street , inside has a very nice decor with atmosphere to suit. we were looking forward to more visits there. We had an enjoyable feed at the time. The Chef's Specialty #67. steamed broccolini with prawns, garlic & soy sauce and #92. stir fried chicken breast with mushrooms, broccoli & ginger. ...BUT.. they are cheating with the cooking, by using lots of MSG in the food ( gives a slight salty taste ) , It causes a delayed asthma reaction in myself ( worse reactions in some children) . Real cooks do not need MSG for flavour that's the job of herbs and spices .

Tasty Vietnamese with great chef's specials. Almost always has room without needing to book and there is a nice upstairs section with a view over main street. Plenty of healthy and vegetarian options and a fully licensed bar. Mains are around $15-$20 and heaps of parking. A great option if you want a hassle free meal out, takeaway available.
