The food was excellent. The staff very friendly. The venue has a lovely vibe. We have been to this cafe a few times now and highly recommend it.

Pretty terrible breakfast food. But I can't fault their service or timing. Food came out in a timely manner, and the wait staff were polite. But the coffee was luke warm and too milky (couldn't even taste the coffee), and my eggs on toast was rubbish - soggy and bland. Didn't even finish them. My partner and I were both pretty disappointed, as this place looked popular. Don't bother with breakfast here. Other meals may be alright.

The staff at Cafe Amaretto are attentive, efficient and knowledgeable. Service was prompt. My dish was flat pasta with pesto and pine nuts on top. The dish was passable but nothing special, perhaps because the pine nuts were untoasted, a big no-no and a very basic mistake. Toasting would have added much needed flavour. On the plus side, the coffee is arguably the best in Perth. This was our first visit and I would definitely give it another go, but perhaps try a different dish next time.
